By using this website or submitting a counselling application through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy — all linked in the footer of every page.

Seat Sprint Counselling provides one-time, one-on-one NEET MBBS and AYUSH BAMS admission counselling guidance — covering the full counselling cycle from choice-filling strategy through seat allotment support, mop-up, and stray vacancy rounds, as described on our Services and Pricing pages.

Our counsellors are current medical/AYUSH students sharing their own counselling-room experience and publicly available information. We are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any government counselling authority, medical college, or university.

A counselling slot is booked by submitting the application form on our Apply page and completing payment of the fee shown at the time of booking, processed securely via Razorpay. Your slot is confirmed only once payment succeeds — submitting the form alone does not reserve a slot.

All payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive or store your card, UPI, or banking details ourselves.

Seat allotment depends on your rank, category, domicile, and the live vacancy position in each counselling round — factors entirely outside our control. We do not, and cannot, guarantee admission to any specific college or course. What we commit to is honest, realistic guidance based on the information you provide.

You're responsible for providing accurate information (rank, category, state, contact details) when you apply, and for meeting the official deadlines, document requirements, and choice-filling windows set by the relevant counselling authority. We'll guide and remind you, but completing choice-filling and reporting steps on official portals is your responsibility.

Refunds are handled under our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, linked in the footer.

To the extent permitted by law, Seat Sprint Counselling and its counsellors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our guidance, including decisions made during choice-filling or seat allotment. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the counselling fee you paid.

We may update these Terms occasionally; changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan.
