When you submit our application form (on the Apply or Contact page), we collect the details you provide: your name, WhatsApp number, counselling track, home state, category, NEET/AYUSH rank (if declared), email address, and any message you add.

When you pay the counselling fee, payment is processed entirely by Razorpay — we receive only a payment confirmation and reference ID, never your card, UPI, or bank details.

We use this information to confirm your counselling slot, contact you on WhatsApp or email to provide guidance, and keep an internal record of applicants in a private Google Form/Sheet accessible only to our team.

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and process your application: Razorpay (payments), Resend (delivering the application notification email to our team), and Google Forms/Sheets (our internal applicant record). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

We keep your application details for as long as needed to provide counselling guidance and for our own record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or third-party ad trackers at this time.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 76652 82607 or emailing seatsprint@ferrowright.com.

Many NEET/AYUSH aspirants are under 18. If that's you, please review this policy together with a parent or guardian before applying.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally; the current version always applies, effective from the date shown at the top of this page.
